Dear J-SLA members,

This is an announcement regarding a survey about Takada Kaikan, which we have secured as an accommodation option for J-SLA 2026. Below, we provide the relevant details of this accommodation.

Accommodation: Takada Kaikan (https://www.takada-k.net/)

Dates: July 3, 4, and 5

Capacity: 46 people (including shared rooms)

Rates (special conference rates): July 3: JPY 7,700    July 4: JPY 8,800  July 5: JPY 7,700  Breakfast: JPY 1,650 (optional)

Please note that if the number of guests exceeds 30 on any given night, a discount of ¥1,100 per person per night will be applied.

The accommodation features hot spring bathing facilities. A hot spring tax of ¥150 per person per day will be charged separately.

Allocation Policy:  Priority will be given to presenters, and among them, to those who are willing to share a room with others of the same gender. We will make arrangements so that as many participants as possible can use the accommodation.

If the number of applicants under the same conditions exceeds availability, applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application Deadlines: Applications will be reviewed in stages as follows:

1. First deadline: March 15 (Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection by the end of March.)

2. Second deadline: April 15 (Applicants will be notified by April 25.)

3. Third deadline: May 15
